Music ♫

Hey gals!

Because I can't post a lot of pictures and outfits lately since I'm just being from one internship into another, I have to say sorry! (T_T)

Furthermore I've decided two months ago that I won't spend too much money on shopping.

I need the money for my travel in March and I also need it afterward for paying back the BaföG (supporting money for students here in Germany) soon after graduation.

I want to move out from my parents' place after my apprenticeship and so I have to make plans.

But because I safed a lot of money lately... I was able to fullfill one of biggest wishes so far.

I was finally able to buy a pretty nice e bass!

I received one from a friend because she was leaving Germany in 2011 but it wasn't a real good one and I always wanted to have another one.

Because of my apprenticeship I didn't have much time to practise in first place.

But right now most of the stress has already calmed down and I've got more free time in the 2nd year.

So a week ago I finally started watching "K-ON!" - It's an Anime about highschool girls who get together in the light music club - k-on-bu.

K-ON! wallpaper

I really liked the characters before but didn't know about the story.

Now I'm sooo~ into it and what to say... I'm absolutely on fire, considering music stuff and playing guitar/bass.

It was just this little "hint" to catch me totally. O(≧▽≦)O

That's why I used my free day today to go shopping for an e bass.

I already looked for some instruments but most of the cost the whole world and I didn't want to spend that lot of money (I always like the ones best which cost the most... Why is that so ^^;)

Then I looked on the website of my favourite located music store and they had a nice exemplar.

Its weight is sooo~ light compared to the old one of my friend.

Its bodyshape is perfect and the sound is so smooth ~ ♥
I'm really in love with this bass.

But playing bass without an amplifier isn't that much fun...

... and lucky me got another great thing:

Don't you like the style?
I'm really a fan of Union Jack patterns, so it was just perfect as well! ♥

I had to return to the store because I couldn't bring everything home in one time. (〃 ̄ω ̄〃ゞ

I really protected my two babies while using the public transport.

The last time I was so protective over something was when I buyed Sunny (my accoustic guitar) three years ago. \(//∇//)\

At home I just had to try it out!
And even though I nearly got a blister again on my left indexfinger I only stopped because of late evening. Haha...

It's wonderful being able to play an e bass properly.
And the sound is still great. (。’▽’。)♡

I also used the time, cleaning and tidying up my room.
After a whole week of working you really could have seen the dust...

I'm happy that it's clean again! ヽ(;▽;)ノ

New Purikura ~ ♥ // Autumn

Today I want to talk about a very trivial issue: Autumn/Fall. ♥

It's absolutely my favourite season of the year! (≧∇≦)/

The air, the colours of the leaves, Halloween, ... there are so many things I just adore!
I'm also born in October so I'm an Autumn child, too. Haha.

Yesterday I went with a friend to Potsdam. °◇°人°◇°)
Actually we wanted to go to the movie museum but it was closed because of renovation.

Therefore we thought of something else and although it was a rainy and cold day we decided to take a walk in Park Sanssouci.

We will defnitely come back in two week. Then the trees should be in Autumn colours, too! ♥
I want to have a photo shooting there!!

I really want to have such a beautiful surrounding like 2 years ago!!
o (◡‿◡✿)

Afterwards we went back home or stop... tried to but had to go by train further because my friend should finally try out the purikura machine! о(ж>▽<)y ☆

She did a quite good job, especially in editing for her first time! ♥

Arriving at home we had a nice movie session with "Warm Bodies" (I'm so addicted to it!!! ♥) and "Ip man" - a material arts movie... it was pretty good!!

I thought that it was something like the Jackie Chan movies, which I don't like so much, but Ip man is really interesting because of 2nd WW background.
And the material arts fights are more than good and fun to watch! (°∀°)b

We had some fun later while talking, listening to music and my dear Jassi also came home, so we chatted, too.

Thank you so much for that great day & night, Viki - (´ε` )♡
It's always a great time to be with you!

I love you gals!

☆*゚ ゜゚*☆*゚ ゜゚*

So and today I met up with Lisa for a short purikura break.

That was originally planned while the one with Viki was so spontaneous. ヾ(*´ー`)ノ

First I just wanted to have another one with Lisa together but after she took a single shot, I just had to do it by myself, too!  ╮(─▽─)╭

I love her shirt! ♥

I know... shame on me it's the same outfit today but because of staying over
at Viki's I didn't want to bring too much stuff with me (>_<)"

So the first of the close ups is my new profile image on this blog. ♥
Thanks for editing, Lisa! (‘∀’●)♡

(We always help each other out with decorating the single photos)

We already decided that we also want to do some purikura in Cosplay -

as Tsukino Usagi and Kino Makoto! ♥

So, what about you, gals?
Do you also love autumn as much as I do?
Or do you prefer the other seasons?!

I'm back! / Convention time MMC Berlin

Hey gals! ♥

It really has been a while, eh?

Well... after a week of resting I was able to work again and what happened?

Night shift happened!

All in a sudden although I said in first place that it would be nice to exclude the nights.
(We only can do a certain number of nights until graduation, so we have to keep an eye on this)

Moreover I had some photoediting and message replying tasks, too, since the week end was a little success.

So, what's up?

The weekend before I went to the Mega Manga Convention, here in Berlin.

Actually I wouldn't have done so, if I hadn't participate as one of the comic artists.

So most of the time I was sitting at a desk, drawing my life out of my hands and chatting with my very cute neighbours. ♥

Love you gals!

We had pretty much fun the three days and I was surprised of the fact that people actually like my work! ♥

Really - I don't think I'm bad at drawing but there are always so many other good comic artists...
so I was very happy!

I also had some luck with shopping.

Everything was about Pokemon.
LUCKY!

First I got this super cute Plinfa/Pochama and then...
on Sunday I bought three Pokemon anime comics.

Because they are second-hand I only had to pay 15€ instead of the regular German import price of ~80€! ♥

Everyone around me was talking about cosplay and somehow I wanted to wear a costume, too, like I always do, going to a convention.

On Thursday I even decided to participate in the single cosplay competition and within 2 hours I created a whole script and mp3-file.

I'm crazy, I admit it! xD

So what did I wear?

My dear Soryu Asuka Langley from Evangelion!! ♥

I was so happy to wear her again and it was fun! ♥

But since it was very cold, sitting next to the windows (and we had to leave them open the whole time), I changed into something warmer. (T_T)

I want to do a photoshooting, soon!
Lau, don't you have time for taking some pictures?!
Haha... |D

Maybe I should try to get a group together for the LBM next year?

The cosplay competition was okay.

At least for me who was very spontaneous. xD

No technical problems.
Everything went well, I just had one little blooper.

Of course I didn't win but it's fun for me, performing on stage. ♥

Short information

Dear Gals,

I haven't written anything for a really long time and I won't write a lot today, too.
The last three weeks were absolutely full of work.
This was one of my hardest internships I've had in the last 1,5 years.

And today, finally free week end again, when I should go to my friend's wedding, I couldn't because thanks to a patient I got another light kind of gastric flu.
I'm happy that it's just feeling sick but that's enough for me because I've got this every 3 months! (_ _)
So I'm absolutely not in the mood for anything else than watching my NCIS DVDs or reading the books I haven't finished.

I'm sorry that I can't write anything interesting at all, recently.
I still have to show you one new "clothing" I bought in Hamburg.

Please take care!

DIY mobile case // new yukata ♥

Dear Gals,

today I just wanted to report some DIY stuff.

Usually I'm not much into sewing if it isn't for cosplay.
But since I needed a cute little present for a friend who I haven't met for ages I thought of showing you the following.

It may be interesting for people in Germany who have access to Tchibo-shops.

Right at the moment they sell a lot of sewing accessories.
I really like the colorful yarn because it has good quality and you get a lot of colors at the same time.
But that wasn't the thing I needed.

They also sold some packs, including fabric and patterns for mobile phone cases, beauty cases or bags.
I really liked the idea and the fabric of the mobile case and so I wanted to try out.

I was surprised that the fabric really was enough to sew.
That the patterns were right and that the instruction (except two little missing things) were understandable. (But if you haven't sewn anything yet, it may be difficult.

So you see how it should look... and what was my result?

I was totally satisfied with the outcome although it was hard to sew through six or seven layers, including thick fleece (seriously, people?!) - my poor, poor sewing machine!

The only problem was the small loop because it's the wrong side!
But according to the instructions this was right... O__o"
Well never the less my friend was happy about this present and I will definitely use the pattern again for some other mobile phone or sunglass cases if I like. ^^

Then... another thing... a few days ago a package from my dear penpal Chie arrived.
I just opened it today because I was so busy the last days and... what did I receive... I couldn't believe it... a Yukata-set!! <3

I really like traditional Japanese clothing and most of all Yukata and Kimono.
The only problem is: where to wear it?!
We don't have summer festivals or a lot of Asian culture festivals here, so it's hard to find an opportunity but nevertheless I'm in love with them! ♥

My new Yukata has got a sakura pattern and is in nice elegant black.
A simple red obi also belongs to it and some geta, too, but since I don't have a 37/38 shoesize they don't fit.

Ah, I'm so happy about that Yukata and really hope to wear it soon. ♥
If I'm (really, really!) lucky I can attend a mid-autumn festival/tsukimi in mid September.
That would definitely worth to wear this beautiful clothing!

Hen's night

Hey Gals! <3

Last night was Hen's night for a good friend who will get married on September 28th.

I'm totally looking forward because I haven't been at a wedding before. ♥

Of course we prepared a little bachlorette party for her - as a surprise.
It was planned pretty fast and I'm glad that our plans went well.

Something that mustn't be missed is of course some outfit collection.
We decided for the shirt slogan: "Bride Security" - you can see the shirts below:

You see, we have two colors for us and the brillant gold-silver combination for the bride.

I chose the neon pink one because if you want to look a bit special, you DEFINITELY should wear a ... how was it called in English? Only the Japanese word comes to my mind... haha... ah right! ... something BRASH! <3

Sarah made some hair accessories for us, too.

And because I'm absolutely in the mood of black/pink combinations recently, I also decided to do my nails in such a combination.

I love the outcome!! ♥
Do you like the design?!

My hair was a simple updo and my eye makeup... definitely pink. ♥

Pink eyeshadow (My favourite 'freaky friday' one by Manhattan, pale pink lipstick and lipgloss.
Lovely.
Pink and brown are the most fitting colors for me - haha.

☆*゚ ゜゚*☆*゚ ゜゚*

But that wasn't the only thing we prepared...

Of course our friend should have to do something while celebrating hen's night.

One task includes another one:
We sold lottery tickets and one of the prices are "concert tickets".
So the buyer could choose a song out of ten and our dear bride have to sing this (of course in short edit version)

It wasn't easy to choose some songs but in the end the tracklist was the following.
I put the links, too, so you can check out the songs

Some songs are just for fun and very well known here in Germany (Er gehört zu mir, Biene Maya, Mein kleiner grüner Kaktus), some are lovey-dovey songs and others are with some special meaning - you know, ' fly me to the moon' was the ending for the anime of Neon Genesis Evangelion and often sang in different versions? Most of us old hands have been being fans of this series from almost the beginning. <3

Well, but what if the bride can't sing the songs because of a lack of lyrics?

No problem!
I designed fastly a song book the day before!
For a two hours work from 10-12pm I am totally satisfied.

☆*゚ ゜゚*☆*゚ ゜゚*

We surprised our dear bride right after her theater practise - before I met with Jassi because I still needed a tiara, a crown or a veil for our friend.

Thank God, shops like Deko Behrendt exists!

Afterwards we went to McCafé for a drink (I love the Mix Frappés - I had a vanilla frappé with caramel and Twix <3) and talk.

We hadn't been able to talk like this for weeks~

Around 7pm we left because of meeting in front of the youth club where our bride and friend Ina has her theater meetings.

We managed to distract her a bit, dressed up with the shirts and hair accessoires and finally gave her a clue about what's going on.

Of course she already noticed that something was going on. ~w

It was hard to motivate her in first place sell lottery tickets but in the end she got used to it I think. ;)

☆*゚ ゜゚*☆*゚ ゜゚*

Finally we arrived at the Karaoke bar Singcity

☆* Review *☆

Of course it's a western styled bar but it's okay since you have a lof of couches for your own group of people.

The bar prices itself are okay, although it's a pity that you can't buy any snacks.

As an entrance fee you have to pay 3€ but that are the only costs you have to afford.

The files are full with songs from the 80s~today and also a lot of German Schlager songs.
They also have a few Disney and musical songs, you just have to look them up.

The stuff is really nice and you also have some show effects like a fog machine and different light effects.

It's nothing for you if you don't like singing in front of other people (at least the stage is big enough that you could stand as a choir there. -w

All in all it's a nice and cheap possibility to go karaoke but in my own opinion I don't like the audience very much (see my report below).

☆*゚ ゜゚*☆*゚ ゜゚*

Because 9pm is still early the bar was almost empty so we could sing as often as we wanted to.
I love karaoke! <3

We had a very funny time!

But around 11pm-1am the bar got pretty crowded with people - and a lot of them couldn't sing right anymore because they were already so drunk.

I also didn't like the people themselves who came then... you know, teenagers where you don't know if they already 18 or should be lying in bed and feeling so cool... seriously.

You AREN'T cool. (_ _)

We went home around 0.30am - I was already too sleepy.
Ha... I'm not used to be up late anymore. ^^;

Purikura talk // Another Meet up

Hello everybody! ♥

I'm really happy, being on vacation ~ (=⌒▽⌒=)
It's so nice to meet all of my friends since a long time! ♥

I will really miss it when I have to work again... but whatever.
It's still a long way until when. ;)
I will enjoy the free time and I really notice that body & mind condition are getting better again.

Please, always try to stay healthy - don't let the stress get caught of you!
Eat enough, sleep enough, have enough fun!

Nothing could be more important than the own health!

☆*゚ ゜゚*☆*゚ ゜゚*

So, yesterday I really did it - I bought the stickers. ♥
And I'm still very happy that I did so!

They are absolutely adorable and sooo cute!! (●´ω`●)ゞ

Sometimes I still can fall in love with these kind of things.

That's why I'm happy to have penpals - they can send you a lot of cute stuff!
But I'm always ashamed that it's pretty hard to get cute or cool stationary stuff from Germany...
or that it's so expensive that you really can count this as a gift! (T▽T;)

I want to send cute & cool things, too!! (>_<)

--> Well, here they are!!

Sakura - mochiro~n!!

Apes can be so cute - but I'd rather like them
as drawings, not in real life. ^^;

These stickers were called "Eichhörnchen" -
but for real, dear German people:
Children will wonder why our squirrel don't look like this!

And huskies! ♥
I love dogs and this kind is sooo adorable!!

☆*゚ ゜゚*☆*゚ ゜゚*

So and for this month, this is the last purikura shooting! (〃∇〃)

We decided for two different layouts but after choosing one of them with closed eyes I got the full length one!

For my friend it was the first time using a purikura machine but in my opinion she did well! ♥
(And I felt that I've gotten used to it again - it's getting easier for me to vary the poses ^^)

Of course we chose the friends' course and after taking the pictures we really used the whole time for decorating and trying out different things.

So the full length-shot is a bit plain because we haven't had anymore time ^^;
Still I like plain purikura more than overloaded ones.

☆*゚ ゜゚*☆*゚ ゜゚*

And because we're already talking about purikura machines...

If you're interestes in the different purikura variations, tips about using the decoration mode or about posing, I want to recommend you this blog: http://purikura.blogspot.de/

Samantha writes reviews and give interesting insights into the purikura world!
Please take a look (and maybe get inspired).

☆*゚ ゜゚*☆*゚ ゜゚*

But this reminds me...

While putting my new purikura to my album, I took a look at the others, I've made since 2009.
Guess, you can see the almost the same person everytime. -w

It's my very good friend Nadine ~ ♥
Love you sweetie!!

She introduced me into purikura in December 2009 and since when we always made some when I was in Hamburg.  :*:・( ̄∀ ̄)・:*:

The machine was a pretty old one, I guess but I liked the different backgrounds you could use.

We often took the chance for presenting our new Yama-chan and Ryo-kun photos! ~w
That was great. (///∇//)

The last row and the last purikura stripe in the first row have been taken in Tokyo. (≧▽≦)
There were so many different machines... we couldn't decide at all - lol.

And it was pretty cool for me, because it was the first time that collages were made!
(In the second & third purikura of the last row you could also see another girl us, I'm glad to meet again next spring: Vero. She's our purikura genious! ~♥

But you see... isn't it great to collect a lot of pictures with your friends?
I don't want to miss these moments!!

And you can see different hairstyles of mine - see that I also had longer pigtails around 2009?
That's my goal again - have longer hair. Maybe I will make it, haha. (*゚.゚)ゞ

☆*゚ ゜゚*☆*゚ ゜゚*

ヽ(*・ω・)人(・ω・*)ノ

Happy Birthday, Nadine!
