A Happy New Year! ♥

Hey Gals!! ( ´ ▽ ` )ノ

I hope you had a great time yesterday and that the new year started good for you!!

In my case I went to a friend to celebrate New Year's Eve! (*‿*)
We just thought of spending a nice and relaxing evening together.

But still I liked to wear a nice dress since it's a special occasion. ♥

So that's my outfit for the day - and because it was a bit cool outside another one with a warm sweater on the right side.

I couldn't decide what to do with my hair, so I just did two waved pigtails.
I've loosen the sides a bit because it looked too firm in the outfit pictures.  ( ̄▽ ̄)

Hot point were pearls - a few on the dress, earrings and bracelet
(two of four I used for hair tie |D)

☆*゚ ゜゚*☆*゚ ゜゚*

After some trouble with a really annoying teenie girl in the subway and arriving at my friend's home, we first drank some tea and chatted.

When I warmed up again we decided to try out "Just Dance 4" - you know, that's a famous dancing game.

I really love such games but I only tried out JD at the IFA. ♥
I noticed I really didn't dance for a long time - I run out of air.
But it was so fun! o(≧▽≦)o

80's songs and new R'n'B songs - and a very cute one by Selena Gomez (Love you like a love song).
Watching the recorded clips afterwards was just hilarious.

I wish there would be songs by Amuro Namie! ♥

Good old 80's song by Rick Astley - haha.

☆*゚ ゜゚*☆*゚ ゜゚*

Having a great time with dancing and playing we got so hungry that we started the raclette.

That's a pretty cool invention! (๑>◡<๑)

Not only that you can eat very chilled and haven't got the stress of cooking, it's also low with fat and you can combine so many things!

I haven't used a raclette before, so it was totally new for me.

☆*゚ ゜゚*☆*゚ ゜゚*

We wanted to watch the "Hunger Games" afterwards but end up with talking again and then we had the idea to play some music by guitar and keyboard.

It was fun and the songs of Taylor Swift are often catchy and easy to play.^^

A few minutes before midnight we switched on the TV to have a countdown.

♥ A happy new year!! ♥

☆*゚ ゜゚*☆*゚ ゜゚*

The night ended with the very cute Cinderella musical by MoMusu. ♥

I'm looking forward to the next parts since it was so long and I was too tired to watch the whole musical!

☆*゚ ゜゚*☆*゚ ゜゚*

Right now I just had some cookies & cake with my mother and now I watch the Johnny's countdown!

It was said that Kanjani8 won't participate in it... (_ _)

No surprise because of their concerts but that would still be a pity!

☆*゚ ゜゚*☆*゚ ゜゚*

So any New Year's resolutions, Gals? \(^▽^@)ノ

I think pretty hard about it and finally want to write them down (Sorry, it's a long issue!) :

*~ NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTIONS 2014 ~*

1. Stay healthy
2. Enjoy life
3. Keep my real friends
4. Studying probably
5. Drawing intensively
6. Remembering the important things

1. Stay healthy

I have to keep a well going work-life-balance since work keeps up eating me!

I already do my best but I know I have to calm down more, once again and don't grumble about so many things.

I have to keep an eye on my stomach and because of that on my soul & mind.
No more stress.
It also includes doing sports probably - first step is rehabilitation sports, starting in January.
I will send the needed documents this week!
Oh, and I won't be sad about losing 2-3kg more kilos!  ( ̄▽ ̄)

2. Enjoy life

I didn't go to any concert, I didn't travel, I didn't date and I didn't go to any special events and rarely met with friends, I didn't bake.
Everything really thanks to my apprenticeship.
Drawing & Music kept me alive.

So I will enjoy life more from today on or go to special events!

I will try to go dancing once a month.
I will travel in April (for sure!)
I will meet my friends much more! (starting this Sunday, meet up with my former dance girls ♥)
I will have fun with fashion, make-up and would like to know a lot more about hairstyling!

3. Keep my real friends

In the last year I noticed that a lot of people changed or that there were only "lose friendships" - something I don't want to have.

I will keep to my real friends who support me.
I won't keep contact to people who are not worthy.

I also won't keep talking privately to people there I notice that I can't speak my mind.

4. Studying probably

I have oral midterm exam in February but I know that I can't study probably until then because my head is FULL with all the medical stuff. So it doesn't matter how it pass as long as I pass.

I definitely will restart in April for the last year and graduation exams in January 2015.
I also will try to give it another try to study Japanese a lot!!

Until April I would like to accomplish a lot of already known words, remembering kanji and get a better going in conversation!

5. Drawing intensively

2013 was a very good year for me regarding drawing.

I finished a competition comic, took part as an artist at a comic convention and my on going story gets slowly more and more readers.

I want to become a better artist!
I want to improve my skills especially in backgrounds and hands and I want to learn how to colorate water since that's one of my biggest landscape-weaknesses!

This year I want to take part in the animaco artist section, too, and I want to draw a good comic for the connichi competition!

6. Remembering the important things

During the last year I really thought a lot and I got a clue about the things that are really important, things and people I can't live without.

I will try to keep them in mind on and on and on.

Sometimes there are hard times, so they can help to overcome them, right?

Your family are the people who still love you although they've known them for more than 25 years now. You can trust them and count on them.
It doesn't matter what other people think of you. Walk as if you've never known how you look like.
People change the whole time. Even if they say they would do anything for you, they don't have to show it if it's necessary. Don't expect too much.
Know your limits and react - you only have one life and one body!

Breathe. Don't be crass.

Keep dreaming.

Things, I definitely want to do:

1. Having great holidays in April!!

2. Visiting Dresden, Hamburg, Düsseldorf and Weimar this year
3. Spending New Year's Eve somewhere else
4. Going to a thermal bath
5. Going to Hamburger Dom
6. Having a photo shooting as Franziska von Karma
7. Meet new people (Since when did I become so shy?)
8. Having a great birthday this year!
9. Buying a very cute Ank Rouge / Liz Lisa dress !

Thanks for the one's who support me!

Hen's night

Hey Gals! <3

Last night was Hen's night for a good friend who will get married on September 28th.

I'm totally looking forward because I haven't been at a wedding before. ♥

Of course we prepared a little bachlorette party for her - as a surprise.
It was planned pretty fast and I'm glad that our plans went well.

Something that mustn't be missed is of course some outfit collection.
We decided for the shirt slogan: "Bride Security" - you can see the shirts below:

You see, we have two colors for us and the brillant gold-silver combination for the bride.

I chose the neon pink one because if you want to look a bit special, you DEFINITELY should wear a ... how was it called in English? Only the Japanese word comes to my mind... haha... ah right! ... something BRASH! <3

Sarah made some hair accessories for us, too.

And because I'm absolutely in the mood of black/pink combinations recently, I also decided to do my nails in such a combination.

I love the outcome!! ♥
Do you like the design?!

My hair was a simple updo and my eye makeup... definitely pink. ♥

Pink eyeshadow (My favourite 'freaky friday' one by Manhattan, pale pink lipstick and lipgloss.
Lovely.
Pink and brown are the most fitting colors for me - haha.

☆*゚ ゜゚*☆*゚ ゜゚*

But that wasn't the only thing we prepared...

Of course our friend should have to do something while celebrating hen's night.

One task includes another one:
We sold lottery tickets and one of the prices are "concert tickets".
So the buyer could choose a song out of ten and our dear bride have to sing this (of course in short edit version)

It wasn't easy to choose some songs but in the end the tracklist was the following.
I put the links, too, so you can check out the songs

Some songs are just for fun and very well known here in Germany (Er gehört zu mir, Biene Maya, Mein kleiner grüner Kaktus), some are lovey-dovey songs and others are with some special meaning - you know, ' fly me to the moon' was the ending for the anime of Neon Genesis Evangelion and often sang in different versions? Most of us old hands have been being fans of this series from almost the beginning. <3

Well, but what if the bride can't sing the songs because of a lack of lyrics?

No problem!
I designed fastly a song book the day before!
For a two hours work from 10-12pm I am totally satisfied.

☆*゚ ゜゚*☆*゚ ゜゚*

We surprised our dear bride right after her theater practise - before I met with Jassi because I still needed a tiara, a crown or a veil for our friend.

Thank God, shops like Deko Behrendt exists!

Afterwards we went to McCafé for a drink (I love the Mix Frappés - I had a vanilla frappé with caramel and Twix <3) and talk.

We hadn't been able to talk like this for weeks~

Around 7pm we left because of meeting in front of the youth club where our bride and friend Ina has her theater meetings.

We managed to distract her a bit, dressed up with the shirts and hair accessoires and finally gave her a clue about what's going on.

Of course she already noticed that something was going on. ~w

It was hard to motivate her in first place sell lottery tickets but in the end she got used to it I think. ;)

☆*゚ ゜゚*☆*゚ ゜゚*

Finally we arrived at the Karaoke bar Singcity

☆* Review *☆

Of course it's a western styled bar but it's okay since you have a lof of couches for your own group of people.

The bar prices itself are okay, although it's a pity that you can't buy any snacks.

As an entrance fee you have to pay 3€ but that are the only costs you have to afford.

The files are full with songs from the 80s~today and also a lot of German Schlager songs.
They also have a few Disney and musical songs, you just have to look them up.

The stuff is really nice and you also have some show effects like a fog machine and different light effects.

It's nothing for you if you don't like singing in front of other people (at least the stage is big enough that you could stand as a choir there. -w

All in all it's a nice and cheap possibility to go karaoke but in my own opinion I don't like the audience very much (see my report below).

☆*゚ ゜゚*☆*゚ ゜゚*

Because 9pm is still early the bar was almost empty so we could sing as often as we wanted to.
I love karaoke! <3

We had a very funny time!

But around 11pm-1am the bar got pretty crowded with people - and a lot of them couldn't sing right anymore because they were already so drunk.

I also didn't like the people themselves who came then... you know, teenagers where you don't know if they already 18 or should be lying in bed and feeling so cool... seriously.

You AREN'T cool. (_ _)

We went home around 0.30am - I was already too sleepy.
Ha... I'm not used to be up late anymore. ^^;

Don't stop the music ... do you?

Well gals...

... after having an 5 hours sleep because I'm still in my working mode, I'm more than awake. <3

So yesterday was a very funny evening, we danced a lot, although the beginning wasn't the best.

This time's party was held in the Adagio, one of Berlin's famous clubs, where also celebrities go to party. ^^;
You can say that the location is much more pimped up than others.

I really like that you have a  lot of sitting options (if you book early enough) and the toilets are also pretty clean! (Yeah, have to mention it because I've seen ugly ones before...)
One misfortune are the high prices for drinks.
Seriously people, even if I have the money I won't buy a simple Coke for 4,50€ / 0,2l.
Cocktails and other alcoholic drinks are around 7-10€, that's pretty normal.
It's not cheap but usually a normal price.

Lisa and I - just a shot in front of the great mirror <3

Well, and how did it begin?
After paying the entrance fee and wondering if we are at the right event (because there wasn't a certain sign that we ware - no mentioning about K-Pop on the Adagio website) and chatting with two other girls, I met my friend Shuki and we keep wondering about the whole thing because the audience was a bit... off from K-Pop.
You know, you expect something else... but there were a lot of older and 'normal' people. ^^;

Since the music didn't start until Midnight, Lisa and I decided to go to McDonald's because we wanted to have some softdrinks but didn't want to spend too much money.

After half an hour we went back and finally the music started.

Because it really was a mixed event they played a lot of US music / clubsounds but that was totally okay, because the tracks were well chosen and you had remixed 80s or 90s songs, as well.

But when time passed we were a bit nerved because the rhythms were all the same and we hoped that Duca Dan would take the lead soon.

Then he came - and we were all whistling and cheering up - his session was more than good! ♥ (‐^▽^‐)

Since it was a mixed event you wouldn't have a lot of typical songs like SNDS' "Gee" or SuJu's "Sorry sorry" - It was more focused on club sounds but I was really happy about the following parts:

* 2NE1 - Do you love me

* Troublemaker - Troublemaker

* CL - The baddest female

* G-DRAGON - Crayon

* SNDS - The Boys

And there was a little interlude of SNDS "Genie", too - and of course a lot of other mixed up songs. <3

Oh, and you know... in the evening was G-DRAGON's birthday! (thanks to the time difference) ♥
So it was a nice little special to play one of his songs! ~w

We had a lot of fun then but when the DJs changed again and finally we decided to leave the party around 3am.

All in all it was a nice event, we really danced a lot but I'm definitely looking forward to the next party that will contain ONLY K-Pop.
It's great to have such a location but I'm not into these typical 'high society' looking and acting people...

☆*゚ ゜゚*☆*゚ ゜゚*

And what did I do today?

Met a friend and having lunch at our favourite restaurant Mikoto. <3
As usual we ordered a non-alcoholic cocktail / a Mango lassi and some sushi.
I wasn't so hungry so I decided for these sake-avocado inside out rolls only!

Since my friend's a little sad at the moment I wanted to give her a small present to cheer her up.
So I bought these two little keychains when I was at the shop to make some purikura.
These two girls are so cute, aren't they? ♥ (〃∇〃)
We planned to cosplay them but I don't know if we will ever make it! ~w
Who do you think I planned to cosplay? Chie or Yukiko? ;D

Do you even know "Persona 4"?
Acutally it's a game for the PS2 but it did become an anime, too!
By the way: A GREAT and FUNNY anime! (≧▽≦)
Please watch it, if you have the chance! I totally recommend you this! ♥

☆*゚ ゜゚*☆*゚ ゜゚*

By the way these were my outfits for yesterday's party and for today:

☆*゚ ゜゚*☆*゚ ゜゚*

Recently I also wondered what to do with my hair on hot days or while working since I don't like wearing such a small ponytail.. (_ _)
.
I looked on Youtube and the rest of the internet but most of the hairstyling tips are for long hair - and mine is medium length. ^^;

But then I found that nice video I want to share with you know - the styles are really easy to do, even if you haven't got a lot of experience with hair stylings.

The only problem is ... of course you don't see the backpart of your head!
That's always so annoying... (T_T)

☆*゚ ゜゚*☆*゚ ゜゚*

From tomorrow on will be a busy week:
appointments, hen's night, fantasy filmfest, ...
<3
I'm looking forward to meet all my dear friends again! ♥

Byebye! ♥

K-Pop Party // lil' haul Aug

Hey Gals!

So it's weekend! ♥
What will you do today and tomorrow?

As for me, I will go with my friend Lisa to the K-Pop party in the evening - so it's almost time for dolling up. (^_^)

But before I needed to make some courses... first stop our local shoe store and second stop the drug store.

At first I wanted to wear my black pumps but even after trying to widen them they are still a bit too tiny. Unfortunately. (T_T)

They made of real leather but the shape of the sole isn't made for any more widening.
I have to sell them, I guess...

It was real luck that I found another pair of simple black pumps that are fitting perfectly. ♥
Nothing special but such ones are also important and they will good to dance with.

☆*゚ ゜゚*☆*゚ ゜゚*

In the drug store I just wanted to buy blistering plaster (just in case) but I ended up with some other items, as well.

Manhattan has pretty nice nail polish colors right now! ♥

I'd like to buy almost everything but I decided for a metalic-petrol and some cool pink-purple glitter one. (I will show some pictures later)
So for tonight I wear a black base with glitter on my nails. ^^

☆*゚ ゜゚*☆*゚ ゜゚*

I also have a lack of bracelets in my jewellery box.

That's why bought these here, too.
I really like the combination of different bracelets. ♥

☆*゚ ゜゚*☆*゚ ゜゚*

And here's a flower hairpin!

I really thought of buying the neon pink one but the shape and the craftwork wasn't the best (You could see the awful glue!) and the shimmering lilac flower looks nice! ^^

☆*゚ ゜゚*☆*゚ ゜゚*

So... what now?
Well... as I said - dolling up and getting ready for the party!! ♪(*^ ・^)ノ⌒☆

I'm no party girl but from time to time I really like to participate in one and dance the whole night long! (*゜▽゜ノノ゛☆

So our goal for tonight is: 4AM!
I wonder if we can make it...?
At least the music must be good else we will go home, soon!

Purikura! (●´ω`●)ゞ

Dear Gals,

so I'm finally on vacation! ♥
I'm more than glad about this because I already run out of energy.

So as a first nice start I met with Lisa and we went to the Purikura machine here in Berlin.
I hope it will last for a long time.

You can choose between the friends, the couple or the men's course.
Depending on your choice, the backgrounds or coordination of the photos change.

Because it is a long time ago we both take some purikura pictures we decided to do a friends shot and a single shot.  (〃∇〃)

And i realised that my hair really has a nice light effect.
It's almost some caramel brown in the sun. (〃∇〃)

☆*゚ ゜゚*☆*゚ ゜゚*

So, tomorrow's party time.

I already used the time to check some hairstylings.
Let's see how it will work out.

And... I already know what kind of dress to wear.
Or not... the black or the lilac one? The yellow one? (_ _);
Geez... five years ago I only had my graduation dress and the one from attending my friends' one.
Haha... dresses are great! ♥

But for tomorrow I just know that I definitely will take some comfortable shoes with me... definitely!!

K-Pop Party Berlin - 1st Anniversary

Hey Gals!

How've you been?

As for me I had a very funny weekend because last night I was with Lisa at the K-Pop party.
Neither she nor I had been there before ... and it's almost a year since it has started!
Wow!

So I was really excited about it.
It was hard to decided for and outfit as well since I'm no party-goer at all.

First I wanted to wear one of my party dresses but most of them are too thin, then I thought of wearing something in the style of 2NE1 - my favourite Korean girl group.
They always look so cool and some kind of freaky.
I love it! ♥

On one hand it was a pity I still don't have those typical Jeremy Scott sneakers, which I really adore. (I love the Panda shoes... or the Teddy ones).
But on the other hand it was better... too many girls wore them on this evening.
(And they are still too expensive)

Then I found this photo and tried it out - very cool and nice!
But the leather jacket would have been too warm.

So I decided finally for the following outfit.

Comfortable, good for dancing all the night, still some kind of cool.
(H&M shirt and leather pants, Puma basket sneakers)
I love the leggings. ♥ (Ebay)

The key pendant was my personal lucky charm for the evening.
I bought this almost 10 years ago as a Ayu necklace replica.
It was when I just started to listen to J-Pop.  -w

Next problem: What to do with my hair.
It's a mess since it's in the intermediate state of growing.
Last chance were the hair airoller from Rossmann I got years ago from my Grandma.
I really was surprised!!
Had them 3 hours in my hair and the result was totally okay.
At least much more volume.

After a few hours it loosen itself what looked better.

Fixing it with A LOT of hair spray and the good old glued-blasting freeze spray by Got2be and it held for the whole evening! (=⌒▽⌒=)
(I really need a lot to fix my hair... my very own record there 1/2 large hair spray bottle, 1/3 hair lacquer bottle and the Got2Be spray, too. My hair's simply too heavy that's why my hairdresser always wants to thin out)

Makeup and Nails are much more Korean style, too.
Hey, it's a K-Pop party, so a Korean inspired look is fitting.
Maybe the eyeline could have been a bit thicker but it already was for me as I don't have such small eyes.

I met with Lisa at 8PM, so we still had some time for our own.

We drank a bit or a little more of delicious plume and nashi wine, talked a lot and prepared ourself for the party.

Here we go! (≧▽≦)

Running to the subway (and missing it) in the same pace as the song "gee" by SNSD goes, can be very funny.

We arrived early but the A-Lounge was crowded enough until Midnight and so we were not the only ones who danced on the floor.  (*゜▽゜ノノ゛☆

But I have to say: I like to be early because you can get a look at the location before there are so many people.

Really like the A-Lounge.

Within two hours a lot of my favourite 2NE1 songs were played and also a lot of Lisas SNSD songs, too.

I really love dancing the choregraphies. ♥

Oh and there was this Asian guy in a silver jacket and another European one with a pretty cool dancing style! Great!!

We had a very good time that evening. ♥

Even though one guy tried to find a girlfriend for his buddy and a few guys brought a naked rubber doll for a friend.
I guess he was celebrating his 18th birthday.

I'm really looking forward to next time! (`∀´)

bai bai ♥
